When I find a great product that I think everyone can use I like to share that info with you. I have been using an online meeting product called GoToMeeting. I use it for training, tech support, and meetings with the engineers and surveyors I work with.

I can communicate better when I can show you my computer screen. While we are in an online meeting I can switch presenters to have you show your screen. I can even take control of your keyboard and mouse. This is an excellent way to troubleshoot problems or show you how to do something on your computer. The interface is great.
