ShastaCAD training classes are held in sunny Oviedo, Florida, just a few minutes north of Orlando. The training room consists of six modern workstations, each positioned with an unobstructed view of the 7 foot computer projection at the front of the room. Training class sizes are limited to 6 students. This creates a wonderful learning environment, allowing both group discussion and individual attention.

One training class is five days, 8 hours a day, for a total of 40 hours. This may seem like a lot of time to learn a simple pool design program, but it is not. The first half of the class is spent learning the basic CAD skills needed to operate ShastaCAD, and the second half is spent practicing and sharpening those skills while learning the design processes used by the experienced professional pool designers at Shasta Industries.

You leave the class with not only an understanding of ShastaCAD, but also some time spent developing your CAD skills. Anyone can learn a CAD program in a day. It's how well they know how to use the program a few weeks later that really counts.

Cost for the 40 hour training class is $1500 per attendee. This fee is separate from the cost of the ShastaCAD software, and does not include airfare, accommodations, meals, etc… Unless prior authorization has been granted by Shasta Industries, every company that purchases a ShastaCAD software license must first attend a training class.
