Here is something that caught my eye while browsing the DWF Writer documentation. With Autodesk® Design Review 2008, you can combine each 2D DWF into a single, multi-sheet DWF file.

Now DWG TrueView reads DWG and DWF files. DWG TrueView also incorporates the features of DWG TrueConvert. Keep it simple. Just get DWG TrueView and you won't need DWG TrueConvert nor DWF Viewer nor Design Review if you only want to view an plot DWG or DWF.

When someone sends you a DWG file ask them to send the Plot Style Table. (HINT: The eTransmit command in AutoCAD can put the plot style table and dwg file together in a zip file.) You will need this file if you want your plots to match their settings. Place a copy of the Plot Style Table (.ctb file or .stb file) in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2009\R6\enu\Plot Styles

The above link points to the updated version which now supports 2007 DWG formats. Uninstall previous versions before installing the newer version.
